☀️ Our Daily On-Call Check-In Rhythm

Once you reach 37 weeks, I recommend this simple communication routine

Morning Check-In |

9:00–10:00 AM

A quick check-in when needed to let me know how you're feeling, especially if you've noticed changes such as contractions, cramping, pressure, loss of mucus plug, or other signs that labor may be approaching.

No changes? You don't have to send a daily novel. 😂 A quick “All good over here!” works just fine.

Afternoon Update |

Around 2:00–3:00 PM

If something has changed since the morning, send me an update before regular business hours end. If everything is the same, another check-in isn't necessary.

Evening Check-In |

Around 8:00 PM

Once labor seems to be approaching or you've begun experiencing noticeable changes, we'll add a short evening check-in before I settle in for the night.

This helps me understand what your body is doing and whether I should prepare for a possible overnight call.
